Temple of a Chinese sect. Drive over the rolling jungle-clad
rolling hills to Pai and Mae Hong Sorn to get a taste of the
Shan culture.
Explore a gigantic cave complex with an underground river.
Visit original handy craft villages and admire the grace of
classical northern dancing. Also observe how elephants are
trained and discover the abundant nature from the back of
one of these majestic animals. Feel the pace of rural life
from an ox cart and while descending a mountain stream by
bamboo raft. If you like to receive the blessing of a Buddhist
Monk, Doi Suthep Temple, being one of Chiangmai’s most

Off the Beaten Track
A very complete 7 days / 6 nights program, that invites
you to Ayutthaya the ancient capital of the kingdom. Although
ravaged by an invading Burmese army in the 18th century, the
impressive ruins still are solemn witnesses of the grandeur
of the past.
Also roam around the splendid monuments bequeathed to mankind
by the Khmer architects. At present they are the playgrounds
of cheeky monkeys. Visit the palace of the legendary king
Narai and other places of interest before turning east to
one of the lesser-visited regions of Thailand.
From their heavy stone galleries at Panumwan and Pimai the
ancient Khmer monuments emanate an uncommon stillness Visit
original weaving and sculpting villages and observe the breeding
of silk worms.
Venture into Cambodia for a visit of the gorgeous Khao Pa
Viharn Khmer temple second only to Anghor Wat.
Walk down to an enormeous cliff, where prehistoric man left

Park, place of worship of pre-historic man. Through National

Observe the remnants of French colonial rule in this remote
border area of Thailand, such as the prison and the "officer's
